No-Brainer choice for Latinos
Much is heard about the competition between the Republicans and the Demo/Nihilists for the so called Latino vote. From the standpoint of the average Latino, this should be a "no-brainer," the Republicans are stewards of two bright and shining beacons: Truth and Morality. The Demo/Nihilists are racists, constantly seeking to put Latinos on the same plantation where they are holding the blacks captive.
Author and social observer, Star Parker has examined this phenomenon thoroughly in her book, Back on Uncle Sam’s Plantation. Visit her site at,

Here are some brief snips from Ms. Parker’s site:
"A benevolent Uncle Sam welcomed mostly poor black Americans onto the government plantation. Those who accepted the invitation switched mindsets from "How do I take care of myself?" to "What do I have to do to stay on the plantation?"
"I thought we were on the road to moving socialism out of our poor black communities and replacing it with wealth producing American capitalism.
But, incredibly, we are going in the opposite direction."
A whole generation of" minorities" has been lobbied by deceptive activists (Democrat Party nihilists) who pretend to seek to improve the lives of the minority, but instead have the nefarious goal of making minorities resent whites and to distrust the "white man’s ‘unjust’ form of government. Blacks have a good deal to be proud of as citizens of this country. The works of Frederick Douglass can still be studied to illuminate the minds of all youth, even today. Much resentment by blacks could be assuaged by better understanding how they arrived in the Americas, and how they came to be freed from slavery. A perfect summary of the history of blacks in the USA can be read in Bye-Bye Sweet Liberty, Chapter14. Blacks in America. Today, blacks in all the Americas,(North, South and Central America) have the potential of living in greater freedom and comfort than anywhere on the continent of their origin. Note the word potential. It is used because, as Ms. Parker notes, many blacks choose to limit their own freedom by seeking refuge on the Demo/nihilist plantation.
The "no-brainer" facing the Latino is: Truth and Morality with Liberty (and the uncertainty that goes hand in hand with liberty) as the kicker, OR Lots of free stuff, plundered from outside the plantation, and while the master is satisfied that no attempts are made to escape, i.e.: live independent lives. Those on the plantation "need" a "helping hand" provided by the Demos, because. . . .Well, they (the plantation dwellers)are not really up to facing the outside world, they need a level playing field, you know. This is the current popular bigotry of reduced expectations; it is a creature of the Demo/Nihilists and has been in use since the 1960s. Sadly, the current president has been putting this in play since early in his administration. "Can’t you cut the guy some slack," was a lament often voiced.

Any self respecting Latino is insulted to be thought of as stuck in permanent need, and incapable of creating a good life for himself. Republicans must make sure Latinos know how they are perceived by Demos. And that they will be valued as free men by Republicans. I have heard first-hand from my Latino friends that they don’t want to get bogged down in Latino culture here in the USA. They want to break away and become full-fledged "Americanos."
